Book a tasting in Oaxaca

We invite you to book a curated tasting at the Of Spine and Vine headquarters, located in the Centro Histórico of Oaxaca de Juarez. We welcome individuals or groups of up to 6 people Monday-Saturday. The cost is $700 pesos cash per person due at the time of the tasting. You will taste between 5-10 mezcales over the duration of 1-2 hours depending on group size and pace.

Of Spine and Vine has been working closely with brands and producers throughout Oaxaca and Mexico since 2016 highlighting the profound biological, cultural and organoleptic diversity that is found in Traditional Mezcal. In our tasting room you will find offerings from all of the brands we work with (Cuish, Lamata, Sanzekan, Cumbrita de la Sierra and MDM Asociacion Civil) as well as a large selection of mezcal from lesser known projects and producers that are unavailable elsewhere. We ask that you arrive well fed, well hydrated, relatively sober and without any lotions or perfumes that could interfere with your experience.
