The Of Spine and Vine winery, Las Yubas, is located in Rough and Ready, CA in the Sierra Foothills AVA. We make tiny amounts of wine annually using grapes sourced from local vineyards. We do not add or remove anything during the vinification process. No commercial yeasts, additives, fining or filtering - just grapes.
